This week, Ortho2 celebrated our employees by observing Customer Service Week. Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. Since 2002, Ortho2 has taken the time to recognize our employees for all the work they do throughout the year.
“Customer service is the backbone of Ortho2 – not only support for our customers, but also for each other as employees. Celebrating Customer Service Week is the perfect opportunity to show our entire team we care about them and the service they provide to our customers,” said Amy Schmidt, Ortho2 President.
Employees received a box of surprises and treats throughout the week to celebrate.
