Take Your Passion for Learning to the Next Level at the Ortho2 UGM

One of the greatest qualities we can possess in life is a thirst for knowledge.

Learning and education have always been important to me, and I realized after graduating college my excitement for learning didn’t stop. I love learning new things, finding more efficient ways to do my job, and finding ways to refresh my creative flow. Luckily, I work for a great employer who values education just as much as I do. Ortho2 offers each employee an education budget each year to attend classes to learn new skills, purchase books to learn new developments in our field, and attend conferences.

I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to attend several conferences including one for a software company that our marketing and sales team utilizes. There’s nothing more refreshing than coming back from a conference where you can see experts in your field talk about new trends and how to make improvements to your job and company. I always come back feeling a new sense of excitement to dive into projects where I can utilize these newfound tools. I see a lot of that same excitement in attendees who come to our annual Users Group Meeting.

There are many benefits that come with attending our UGM, but the biggest is education. We know that technology is ever changing, and our team grows with technology trends. We get excited each year to announce our latest innovations and teach you how to utilize all the tools you need to run your practice more efficiently. At this year’s UGM, we brought 26 Ortho2 experts to teach classes on Edge Cloud and help answer any questions you and your teams had. We were also excited to bring in 30 consultants and doctors to speak about a variety of topics covering insurance, financials, 3D printing, how to hire, marketing, customer experience, team cohesiveness, and much more. We have heard from several attendees that the information they take back to the office, the team bonding, and networking at the UGM is invaluable. This is also a great opportunity for us, the Ortho2 Team to catch up with attendees and listen to their ideas for tools they would like to see in the future.
