Are you ready to Power Up? After 40 years of the Users Group Meeting, we’re evolving. Powered by a simple idea: elevation. We’re reintroducing our user’s event as Power Up, a name that mirrors our energy, our power logo, and our mission to help you level up faster, smarter, and with fewer hurdles.
The transition preserves the same community, the same excellence, and the same commitment to your success; only the name, look, and feel are new. Over the coming weeks, you’ll see Power Up on our website and communications, with more to come as we roll out refreshed assets and experiences.
Save the date for the 2026 virtual Power Up, February 26 & 27 from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. each day. This two-day event is filled with information about Edge Cloud and how to get the most out of your practice management system. Plus, interact with the hundreds of other attendees to explore topics that are most important to you.

Why are you changing the name from Users Group Meeting to Power Up? To reflect our ongoing evolution, align and refresh our brand, and emphasize the idea of leveling up our users’ workflows and outcomes.
Will anything about my account or the event change? No. Your account, access, and program offerings stay the same. Only the branding name changes.
Can I expect the same content we are used to? Yes, and we’re excited to bring you new classes, new content, and improved experiences.
Where will the next Power Up take place? The 2026 Power Up event will be virtual, and attendance will be FREE! Like our Users Group Meeting, Power Up will alternate each year between virtual and in-person. Next in-person will be in 2027.
